Call center bug - e-mail not on customer form


The email field is missing in the customer form. This makes the system crash when trying to create a customer.

Task: Check entity framework model contains email field
Task: Add email to the form.

If an update for the Entity Framework model is needed - make sure that the "Source" property of the Customer table is NOT added to the EF model. The reason is that "Source" needs to be NULL when rows are inserted by the Call center - the Source field has been added only for Mule use.
